E-invoicing frequently asked questions

An e-invoice is a digital representation of a transaction between a supplier and a buyer. It is a file created in the format specified by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM).

Yes, you will receive an e-invoice when you purchase in-store and online. 

For online purchases: An email will be sent to you once a purchase has been successfully made. It will include a link that you can click to be redirected to the self-service portal.

For in-store purchases: Once a purchase has been made, you can retrieve the e-invoice after 2 hours. Click here to go to the e-invoice self-serve portal.

Business-to-business purchases: An email will be sent to you containing the e-invoice.

Go to the self-serve portal. Sign up if you're a new user or login if you already have an account.

Complete the required information:

• Receipt/document number
• Receipt/document date
• Receipt amount

After that click on “Fetch Receipt Details”.

Complete the required information:

• Your name
• Tax identification number (TIN)
• Registration (Type and number)
• Residential address
• City
• State
• Phone number

After that tick the consent box and click “Generate E-invoice”.

Yes. You would need to download the e-invoice within the same month when you purchase/receive your product. 

No. Any device that is capable of scanning a QR code can be used.

Yes, you can return items even after receiving the e-invoice. Click here for our Return Policy.  

You need to request or retrieve your e-invoice within the same month as your purchase.

This information is collected by our service provider solely for generating e-invoices and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties unless you give your consent or as required by law. For online purchases: In the event of a last-minute purchase, you may have a limited amount of time to download the e-invoice.
