Where to collect / Time

Opening hours: 9:00– 17:00, winter (December to March) is 10:00–16:00.Opening hours may vary during year-end / new year holidays and Obon.

◇(Okayama) Okasho Transport Co., Ltd. 350-1 Kuramishi, Naka-ku, Okayama City, Okayama 703-8263
Opening hours: 10:00– 17:00. ※Closed for Sundays, GW, year-end / new year holidays and Obon

  • To ensure a smooth handover, please receive at the date and time you chose. 

How to receive

  • Please bring your order form, or the screen of the received email and identity verification document (driver's license, insurance card, etc.).
  • If the person receiving the order is different from the person who placed the order, please make sure to inform us when you order and bring the received email and identity verification document on the day.
  • Please check in advance whether the product you will receive will fit in your car.
  • Please note that a storage fee of 2,000 yen per week will be charged after one week from the selected pickup date. If you do not receive it for 3 weeks from the order date and we cannot reach you, we will cancel the order. Please note that service fee cannot be refunded.
  • When receiving, please check for damage to the packaging of the product yourself.

About returns

  • We accept return of the items at IKEA Pick-up Point  only for the products picked up at IKEA Pick-up Point . Please keep receipts and order receipts with you, contact our Customer Support Center beforehand, and visit IKEA Pick-up Point .
  • We do not exchange or sell products at IKEA Pick-up Point .

About cancellations

  • Please contact ourCustomer Support Centre（TEL:0570-01-3900）for cancellation request.
  • Even if you cancel your order, the service fee will not be refunded.
  • If the product purchased using the service fee discount in the campaign etc. is not eligible for the campaign due to returns, etc., the refund will be made at the amount after deduction of such discount from the product price.
