Can I return a mattress after a year if there are quality issues?
For any quality issues, IKEA mattresses come with a 10-year guarantee (not applicable to some mattresses, slats).
We offer a 10-year warranty against defects in the material or processing of IKEA mattresses from the date of purchase. To receive the quality assurance service, you need something that shows your purchase history (receipt, invoice and delivery statement (if you purchase from the online store, you will receive it by email), IKEA Family purchase history, etc.).
