What should I do if I have forgotten my login email address or it is no longer valid and I cannot log in?

You can change it at the Customer Support Centre.

If you have forgotten your registered email address or are unable to use it and are unable to log in, please contact  the Customer Support Centre . The Customer Support Center will assist you in making the changes.

*When contacting the Customer Support Centre, you will need to provide the email address you wish to change and at least three of the following items:
19-digit IKEA Family number, name (kanji/full name), date of birth (Gregorian calendar year), registered phone number, registered postal code and address
