Your saved kitchen plans are linked to the login account used when saving. If you have already used the kitchen planning service, your plan is saved in the "Saved Plans" section of the account you were logged into at the time.
To access it, log into your IKEA account and open the kitchen planner. When you open the planner, a list of all your saved plans will be displayed.
If you have multiple IKEA accounts, please log in with the account you used when you originally created the plan or the one you provided during your planning session.
Where can I find my saved METOD kitchen designs?
Your saved kitchen plans are linked to your login account. To view plans you've created yourself or plans created during a planning service, first log in to your IKEA account and open the kitchen planner. On the planner screen, you can see a list of your saved plans.
What should I do if I can't find my kitchen plan?
- If you can't find your kitchen plan, first check that you are logged in with the correct account. If there's a possibility the plan was saved to a family member's account, please have them log in and share the plan with you. Plans can be shared by selecting the relevant plan within the planning tool and clicking the "Share" button next to the print button.
- If you forgot to save while creating your plan, you may see a message such as "Would you like to restore an unsaved plan?" when you reopen the planner. If it appears, select "Restore" to continue your work. If this message does not appear, unfortunately, the plan cannot be recovered. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please plan your kitchen again and be sure to save it to your IKEA account after creation.
