How do I order bigger spare parts?

To order large parts, or if you can't find the part number, please contact our Customer Support Centre.

If you want to refresh a product you own that is outside its guarantee period, you can order large parts. For large parts that do not have a 6-8 digit part number, our staff will help you identify and order the part. Here's how to order large parts:

How to order online

To order large parts online, please contact the Customer Support Centre (050-4560-0494, open 10:00–18:00). Our staff will help you identify the part you want, check its availability, and confirm the price. If it's in stock, they will complete your order and arrange for delivery. Please have your order number or receipt ready when you contact our staff.

How to order in-store

When visiting an IKEA store, please be sure to bring your original invoice or receipt. If you used your IKEA Family account for the purchase, you can also find the receipt by logging in and viewing your purchase history. Once at the store, please go to the Return counter/customer service counter (for city stores). An IKEA co-worker will help you identify the part you need. If it's in stock, you may be able to take it home immediately. If it's not in stock, we will arrange for home delivery as soon as the part becomes available.

How to order parts for discontinued products?

If you need parts for a discontinued IKEA product, please call the Customer Support Centre. Our staff will help you identify the necessary part, check its availability and price, and place an order if needed. Please have your product information ready before you call.

What are the available delivery options?

Large parts can be delivered to your home, or you can choose to collect them at a store if your order is linked to an IKEA Family account. Delivery of large parts can take up to three weeks.

How to track your order?

After ordering large parts, you will receive a confirmation email. For large parts, you can check the delivery status via the tracking link provided in the confirmation email.
