How do I order small spare parts?
You can order small parts from the spare parts order page, your IKEA Family account purchase history page, or by contacting the Customer Support Centre.
You can order small parts anytime after the product purchase date. Here's how to order:
How to order online
There are two ways to order small parts online:
- Spare parts order web page: The spare parts order page is available on the IKEA website. The spare parts order page is not available on the IKEA app. To order, you will need the 6-8 digit part number of the required part.
- IKEA Family account purchase history page: If your purchase information is linked to your IKEA Family account, you can login to your account and order small parts from the purchase history page. Click the "Order spare parts" button on the page to see a list of products for which parts are available.
Note: When you order a certain quantity or more of spare parts online, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check the delivery address, the part numbers and quantities you ordered, and then click the “Confirm” button. After you confirm, we will accept your order and proceed with delivery arrangements. The confirmation is valid for 36 hours from when you receive this email. If the confirmation expires, please place your order again.
How to order in-store
If you are in a hurry, some small parts are also available at the returns counter/customer service counter (for city stores, excluding IKEA Yokohama Bay Quarter) at IKEA stores. Stock levels vary, but if the part is in stock, our staff will prepare it for you to take home immediately. If it is not in stock, our staff will help you order the part and arrange for delivery.
Please note that you cannot check the stock status of small parts at your nearest IKEA store.
How to order parts for discontinued products?
If you need parts for a discontinued IKEA product, please call our Customer Support Centre (050-4560-0494, open 10:00-18:00). Our staff will help you check the required parts, stock status, and price, and will take your order if necessary. Please have the product information ready before you call.
What are the available delivery options?
For online orders, small parts can be delivered to your home. Delivery usually takes about 10 days and is free of charge.
How to track your order?
After ordering small parts, you will receive a confirmation email. However, since your order will be delivered to your home in a regular envelope, neither you nor IKEA staff can track the delivery status. If your order does not arrive after about 10 days, we apologize for the inconvenience — please reorder.
Other support
If your small parts order does not arrive, or if you wish to order parts that are pre-attached to components, please call the Customer Support Centre. Our staff will help you resolve any issues with your order.
