How do I order small spare parts?
You can order small parts from the spare parts order page, your IKEA Family account purchase history page, or by contacting the Customer Support Centre.
How to order online
- Spare parts order web page: The spare parts order page is available on the IKEA website. The spare parts order page is not available on the IKEA app. To order, you will need the 6-8 digit part number of the required part.
- IKEA Family account purchase history page: If your purchase information is linked to your IKEA Family account, you can login to your account and order small parts from the purchase history page. Click the "Order spare parts" button on the page to see a list of products for which parts are available.
