    We will remove your sofa or mattress on the delivery date. You can specify a delivery date, but not a time. We will provide you with an estimated time on the day before delivery.

    Yes. You can bring it to a different store except city shops (IKEA Harajuku, IKEA Shibuya, IKEA Shinjuku). If you want to use delivery, please apply again.
