I lost my purchased products/my items at the store. How can I retrive it?

You can search for all lost items on iLost which is a lost property management site. * It may take some time for the item to be found and added to the page. If the lost item is not listed, please try again on another day.

[How to use iLost]

  1. Visit the iLost page
  2. Search for lost items on the page
    * or purchased products, you can search by product number, which is listed above the item name on the receipt.
  3. If you find something similar, click "Claim Item"
  4. Enter the details of the lost item and click "Send"
    * For purchased products, please attach a photo of the receipt.
    * After applying, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address
  5. After checking at the IKEA store, we will notify you of the result by email.
  6. If a similar item is found, we will ask you to please visit us to confirm the item is yours.
