I lost my purchased products/my items at the store. How can I retrive it?

You can search for all lost items on iLost which is a lost property management site. * It may take some time for the item to be found and added to the page. If the lost item is not listed, please try again on another day.

[How to use iLost]
  1. Go to the iLost page below.
  2. Search for your lost item on the page.
    • If you lost a purchased product, you can search by the article number. (You can find the 8-digit article number above the product name on your receipt.)
    • Items forgotten due to a missed pickup after purchasing with Scan & Pay are not registered in iLost. Please consult the Returns counter at your store.
  3. If you find a similar item, click "Claim."
    • For security reasons, photos of items considered valuables, such as wallets and smartphones, are not posted. If you believe you have lost such an item, please click "Claim" and provide a description of it.
  4. Enter the details of the lost item and click "Submit."
    • If the lost item is a purchased product, please attach a photo of the receipt so that the date of purchase, store, POS, and transaction number are visible.
    • After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you registered.
  5. You will receive an email notification with the result from the store via the iLost address (support@ilost.co). If ownership is confirmed, the email (titled "Ownership has been confirmed") will contain a registration number. Please provide this number when you visit the store.
  6. If a matching item is found, you will need to visit the store to verify the item in person before it can be returned to you.
    *Please note that found items which are considered a high infection risk (such as masks) will be disposed of immediately to maintain hygiene within the facility.
