Customer Harassment

IKEA Japan strives to respond in good faith to customer inquiries and requests regarding our products and services. At the same time, we place great importance on protecting the dignity and working environment of our co-workers, who are close to our customers and provide support to them every day.
For this reason, as a means of realizing the customer's request, we may refuse to provide services or customer support if we judge that the act falls under harassment of the co-worker, such as words and actions that deviate from the scope of common sense or excessive demands based on socially accepted norms.
In addition, if these acts are judged to be malicious, we will take appropriate action after consulting with the police or lawyers.
