Disappointing Quality – Sofa Base Bending and Structural ConcernBhushanI recently purchased a sofa from IKEA, but unfortunately, I am disappointed with its quality. The base of the sofa has started bending during normal use, making it feel fragile and raising concerns about its durability and structural strength.
A sofa is an everyday-use product and should be sturdy enough to withstand regular usage for several years. However, the base does not appear strong enough to handle normal use, despite the sofa being used properly and for its intended purpose.
I chose IKEA expecting good quality and durability, but the structural quality of this sofa has not met my expectations. I request IKEA to inspect the product and investigate the reason for the bending. I would appreciate an appropriate resolution, such as repair or replacement.
Overall, I am disappointed with the product and hope IKEA takes this issue seriously.
