Buying this chair was the best option. It is properly comfortable and can easily sit on it for long durations of time. Highly recommend it.

Packaging was pathetic. No foam or soft material used between the parts. No assembly instructions attached in the packaging.
IKEA charges 3500/- INR for assembly which is not justified for this chair assembly and also not justified compared to the cost of the chair.
About chair, it's comfortable and good to use for office works. Grey colour chair is not how it appears as shown in images and is very light blue in appearance. Best thing is 10 years warranty for mechanism which no other brand is offering at this price.
