Less flexibility for purposeRamLasted 3 years without a dent - perhaps partly because i don't use it half the time - The idea of a sit-stand support is for it to just support when in standing position. For taller people (even 175cm++) I find it makes me sit down albeit not a full sit. It's not just a leaning support. Hence makes the standing position useless for health reasons. Worst part is the legs are unusual shaped monoliths - making it impossible for DIY height extension3

good quality but initial height is little highAnandI'm 5',7" but I felt the initial height of the chair can be little low to sit comfortably. It has good standing height if you increase the height to it's max. be careful if you keep the chair under the table because if it gets open it's gonna push the table as well. my kid did it and the table got tilted. luckily nothing harmful happened. the hydrolic is pretty strong.4

Lidkullen stoolSudarshanIt’s an Awesome Stool. Works like a charm. I am using it as my main workstation stool also as a piano stool. Features are good. Finish is good. The only downside could be it’s weight and because of that it’s movement is a bit difficult. For movement there should be something to hold. Rest everything is way above expectation.5

Material

What is polyester?

Polyester is a durable, quick-drying and insulating material that is optimal to use for textiles and as filling in pillows, quilts and furniture. The material is made from crude oil – a limited resource. Since IKEA doesn’t want to contribute to more virgin oil being used, we are now gradually switching to recycled and traceable polyester from sources like PET bottles. What’s nice is that polyester can be recycled over and over, without changing or losing its great qualities.
