IKEA India is a knock-off of the real IKEA — pathetic delivery, pathetic quality, total regret.K. K⭐☆☆☆☆ IKEA Sofa – Chandigarh Delivery experience = ZERO. First delivery came with missing parts, followed by a dozen phone calls and half a dozen chats to fix it. When they finally showed up, the delivery partner had no tools or manpower to move a 2-seater and 3-seater sofa. Product quality = NEGATIVE. The fabric is junk, constantly shedding lint from seat cushions, back cushions, and armrests — looks worn out within days. This is not the IKEA I know from overseas. In India, it feels like a cheap knock-off hiding under the IKEA brand. Shoddy logistics + pathetic quality = total regret.1

Also minimalistic so it doesnt occupy much space and the legs provide good cleaning access below. Only wish they could have added 6 inches to the height of the backrest , converted to two cushion format and offered a softer fabric. Then it will rocket off the shelves4
