Very uncomfortable seatingNehaThe sofa material seems fine. But the main objective of the sofa has not been met. The sofa cushions are too thin and soft for the seating depth. One cannot rest the back on the sofa as cushions thickness is not enough. The cushions are highly unsupportive. The sofa seat cushioning is also not comfortable as they sunk very low. Friheten reviewAnonymous reviewerOverall great product! I bought this sofa-cum-bed for the living room. While it serves very well as a double bed, it is uncomfortable to use as a sofa. The seating space is too deep, as a result the seating posture is not comfortable. It also occupies more space (plan/ top view).
In the hindsight, I should have measured the space requirement, prior to the purchase!
The product is very easy to assemble!

Looks great and comfortable , bit fragile and expensiveAnonymous reviewerup: The product is good and very comfortable. Quality and soft enough as couch. I found it bit expensive for Indian market. Very good instruction catalogue and were able to assemble it very nicely.
Down: It’s bit fragile, we bought it recently and already started experiencing challenges.
Our delivery was delayed without any notice, the next day of expected delivery I had to call them and get an update.
But the guys delivered the product were so helpful.

Perfect for occasional guestsAnonymous reviewerThis was a replacement for a double bed in the study, looks great and gives a huge sense of space in the room. Was easy to assemble with instructions, took over an hour and will need two adults. But carefully check the box size and measure the size of lift / staircase. Delivery got into a huge mess because this wouldn't fit into our lift. Would rate delivery and CS experience 1 star, the product is awesome though.
