CIIE.CO is an incubation centre based out of IIM-Ahmedabad, supporting 100+ start-ups across industries with mentorship programs, workshops, funding and more. With support from the Government of India’s Department of Science and Technology and the Government of Gujarat, CIIE.CO serves as a Centre of Excellence and the epicentre of The Innovation Continuum.
Using a workspace originally designed for academic purposes, CIIE.CO was looking to reimagine its space to be more creatively stimulating for the many entrepreneurs.
How it started
After poring through design plans of similar incubation centres worldwide, the CIIE.CO team concluded they desired a range of furnishing solutions that were unique and functional yet affordable.
The team visited the IKEA Hyderabad store to explore the range of products firsthand, and that’s how the transformation journey of their incubation space began.

To help make this happen, we added a little more character to the vibe of the café with our ODDLAUG sound-absorbing panels (which also helped solve the echo problem here) and the conversations started flowing more seamlessly around the space.
