How to treat yourself with every scrub

Exfoliation removes the top layer of dead skin cells and makes your skin look healthier. It also stimulates the production of collagen, which keeps skin firm and radiant. Giving yourself a healthy DIY body scrub is also like a massage, a nice way to relax if you feel tired or stressed.

 

  • Mix your scrub ingredients in a BLANDA bowl: 1/3 cup ground coffee, 1/3 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup oil. Blend until it has a sandy texture. Use a VARDAGEN measuring cup.
  • Pour the mixture into a KORKEN jar and bring it to the bathroom.
  • Massage the scrub all over your body with a DVÄRGHYACINT backscrub (but avoid sensitive areas). Leave it on your skin for 10 minutes to absorb.
  • Rinse off thoroughly with warm water.

It’s all in the mix

Make your own scrub mix from PÅTÅR ground coffee, sugar and coconut. Measure the ingredients with a VARDAGEN measuring cup, stir in a BLANDA serving bowl and scrub away with a DVÄRGHYACINT backscrub.
