Make yourself at home in our many room settings in the store. Squeeze the upholsteries, feel the oriental rugs, try the sofa beds and open the cabinets to feel the quality. On the price tag, you’ll find all you need to know about a product, including where in the store you can pick it up.
Sometimes you need help
We can pick, deliver and assemble for you if you like. We can even install that new kitchen you want. Learn more about all of our additional services or talk to an IKEA co-worker at the store.
Your right to cancel
You’re free to change your mind. It’s important to us that you’re happy with your IKEA purchase. If you’re not totally satisfied, you can return it within 60 days (90 days for IKEA FAMILY member). We will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment, for products that are returned with proof of purchase in new and unused condition and, if possible, the packaging. If proof of purchase is unavailable, we will refund the lowest selling price within the last 6 months for that product. You can return any product, except custom-made worktops, food items and real plants, as long as it’s in re-saleable condition. Unless faulty, we may refuse the return or offer an exchange or gift card only if the returns criteria are not fully met. We will accept ASIS items within 7 days of purchase for returns.
It’s ok to change your mind
Not satisfied? Don’t worry! You have 60 days to return your purchase. But if you are an IKEA FAMILY or IKEA BUSINESS member, you have 90 days. Just keep your receipt safe to make returns easier. For more information. Visit www.IKEA.in/termsandconditions
