To accomplish this vision, we at IKEA reach out to many people through multiple channels to demonstrate and showcase our products and range. IKEA IKEA India Private Limited (“IKEA”), a company incorporated under the laws of India, conducts promotional offers from time to time in line with its vision to create a better everyday life for the many people. The following terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) govern participation in the Valentine Special Offer on selected SFM chocolate range (“Offer”).

Activity Period
The Activities shall be conducted during the period from 9th FEB 2026 to 14th FEB 2026.

Eligibility
The Offer is open only to IKEA Family members. Participation in the Offer is voluntary and subject to compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

Offer Details
Buy any two (2) eligible chocolate articles and get one (1) chocolate article free. The lowest priced article among the three shall be considered as the free article.

Applicable Products       
The Offer is applicable only on the following selected SFM chocolate range: Chocolate truffles, Chocolate bars assorted, Chocolate 60g variants – milk, milk caramel, dark, dark with cranberry

Participating Locations
The Offer shall be valid only at the following IKEA India stores:·       Nagasandra, Hyderabad, Navi Mumbai, Worli, Mumbai, Pacific, Delhi.

General Conditions

  • The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount unless explicitly stated by IKEA.
  • The Offer is subject to availability of eligible products at the participating stores.      
  • The Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.       
  • Returns or exchanges shall not be permitted on the free article received under the Offer.
  • IKEA reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or withdraw the Offer or these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice. 

Liability & Disclaimer
IKEA shall be relieved of any liability, obligation, or responsibility arising out of or in connection with the Activities, and no claims (including financial, physical, emotional, indirect, or consequential losses) shall be asserted against IKEA or its associated entities.

Cancellations
IKEA reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any offer/Aactivity due to unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements.

Data Protection
Participant information shall be handled in accordance with IKEA’s Privacy Policy.  By registering and participating, participants consent to the collection and use of personal data for the purposes of conducting the Activities.

Modification of Terms
IKEA reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.Participants shall be bound by the revised Terms & Conditions as applicable.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru.
By registering for and participating in the IKEA Picnic Activities, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
