Terms and Conditions IKEA Navi Mumbai & IKEA Worli 5th birthday lucky draw Event

IKEA India Private Limited (“IKEA”) is a private limited company incorporated in India with a vision to create a better everyday life for the many people. To accomplish this vision, we at IKEA reach out to many people through multiple channels to demonstrate and showcase our products and range. The below campaigns are a few such initiatives that allow IKEA to reach out to the many people.

These terms and conditions govern the IKEA Navi Mumbai & IKEA Worli Lucky Draw by participating, you agree to be bound by these terms.

• 1. Lucky draw Dates & Timings: 
  The lucky draw will be held on: •               
  Dec 4 , 2025 •               
  Dec 5, 2025 •               
  Dec 6, 2025•               
  Dec 7, 2025
  Drawings will commence from 7 PM onwards till 8 PM on each designated day at the IKEA Navi Mumbai (Post checkout near store exit) and IKEA worli store (Near exchange and return area)
• 2. Eligibility for Participation: To enter the lucky draw, customers must: ·      
• Make a purchase of Rs.5000 and above at the IKEA Navi Mumbai & IKEA Worli store between Dec 4 to Dec 7th 2025 and collect the lucky draw ticket from the checkout. 
•  Drop the lucky draw ticket into the designated box near the exit before 7:00 PM on each draw day (Dec 4th, Dec 5th, Dec 6th, Dec 7th 2025).
• One customer to add ·      
• Age eligibility: Participating customer to be of 18 years or older.. This event is valid only at the IKEA Navi Mumbai & IKEA worli store, Mumbai.·      
• One customer is eligible to submit only 1 draw ticket. (Splitting the bill is not allowed to collect more draw tickets)·      
• IKEA co-workers are not eligible to participate. 
•  3. Draw Mechanism & Prizes: ·      
• The lucky draw will be conducted by randomly selecting ticket from the box located at the designated lucky draw area (Near exit for Navi Mumbai, Near exchange and return area at Worli) ·      
• Grand Prize of Home makeover worth Rs.1 Lakh will be selected on Dec 7th (7-8pm)
• Eligible customer will receive the Grand Prize in the form of an IKEA Gift card. ·      
• Apart from the grand prize, 2 daily prizes per store /day i.e. 2 winners will get IKEA Gift card as a prize worth INR 5,000/- each     
• All prizes must be accepted as awarded. 
• No exchanges, refunds, or returns are permitted for prizes.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. ·      
• Prizes will only be awarded to the individual whose name is written on the ticket stub. ·       Once a ticket has been drawn as a winner, it is not eligible for any further subsequent draws. 
• Prize Claim:       
• To claim the prize, the customer must be physically present within the premises or vicinity at the time of announcement.·      
• The prize will be held on reserve for a maximum of 15 minutes after the announcement.·      
• If the prize remains unclaimed after 15 minutes, IKEA customer experience team will reach out the winners on the contact information shared and inform them about the prize.·       All Winners to visit the IKEA Navi Mumbai store or IKEA worli store based on the winner announcement location and after completing the compliances ( Sharing Adhar Card and Pan Card , for more details see Point 6), the prize will be handed over to the winner in 3 store operational days post which the prize stands cancelled, and IKEA shall not be held liable for the same. 
• 5. Prize Exclusions: ·      
• Assembly , delivery services, Food, Business to business billing are not applicable for any of the prizes awarded.
• 6. Tax Compliance (TDS): ·      
• Winners of prizes exceeding ₹10,000 must provide their Name, Mobile no. email id, address & a copy of Aadhaar card & PAN card for TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) compliance. ·      
• All the applicable taxes (related to the prize )will be borne by IKEA.
• 7. General Conditions:    
• IKEA reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions of this Lucky draw at any time without prior notice. ·      
• The decision of IKEA regarding the draw and/or gift distribution shall remain final. ·      
• For the detailed terms and conditions of this offer, please visit the designated Lucky draw location at the store.·      
• No disputes are allowed in this matter as this is the campaign of IKEA INDIA which is done out of its own volition and in good faith.     
• In case of any matter requiring jurisdiction, Bangalore shall be considered to be the place of jurisdiction. 

Disclaimer: IKEA shall be relieved of any liability/ obligations/ responsibilities arising out of or in connection with this service/campaign/voucher except as accepted in the conditions mentioned herein above and that no claim relating to any losses or injuries (including financial, mental, physical, emotional, special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against IKEA, its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from this service/campaign/voucher, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.
