Terms and Conditions IKEA Nagasandra – Dining loyalty card (FEAST & COLLECT)

IKEA India Private Limited (“IKEA”) is a private limited company incorporated in India with a vision to create a better everyday life for the many people. To accomplish this vision, we at IKEA reach out to many people through multiple channels to demonstrate and showcase our products and range. The below campaigns are a few such initiatives that allow IKEA to reach out to the many people.

These terms and conditions govern the IKEA Nagasandra Dining Loyalty card by participating, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  1. Eligibility
    The loyalty card is available to all customers who purchase food and beverages at the Swedish Restaurant situated in IKEA Nagasandra (This card is currently not applicable at other IKEA Stores)
  2. Card Issuance
    The card is issued upon the first qualifying purchase of ₹750 or more in a single transaction at the Swedish Restaurant.
  3. Validity Period
    The card is valid for 12 months from the date of the first qualifying purchase (i.e., when the first sticker is issued).
  4. Minimum Purchase Requirement
    A visit is considered valid for sticker collection only when the customer makes a minimum purchase of ₹750 in a single transaction.
  5. Visit Tracking
    After each qualifying purchase, customers can collect one sticker from the cashier. Multiple stickers cannot be earned for multiple transactions on the same day.
  6. Rewards & Redemption
    1st Visit: Free soft ice at the Bistro.
    5th Visit: Free slice of cake (cake selection is at the store’s discretion).
    10th Visit: Free meal worth up to ₹1000.Rewards must be redeemed during the same visit when the qualifying sticker is earned and cannot be carried forward.
  7. Lost or Stolen Cards
    IKEA is not responsible for lost or stolen loyalty cards. A new card may be issued upon request but previously collected stickers or visits will not be transferred.
  8. Multiple Cards
    Only one loyalty card is permitted per customer. Use of multiple cards simultaneously is not allowed.
  9. Redemption Conditions
    Rewards must be claimed during the same visit in which the qualifying sticker is earned. Unclaimed rewards cannot be redeemed on future visits.
  10. Program Changes
    IKEA reserves the right to withdraw the Service and shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to cancel/amend/ change/ modify these terms and conditions without notice and such change shall be effective immediately.
  11. Disclaimer a)     The terms and conditions set out are strictly for the Feast and Collect Card. b)    Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, India.
  12. Our liability
    IKEA shall be relieved of any liability/obligations/responsibilities arising out of or in connection with this Feast and Collect Card except as accepted herein and that no claim relating to any losses, injuries, damages, rights, claims, actions (including financial, mental, physical, emotional, special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against IKEA, its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents from any and all losses, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.
