Terms & Conditions for Home visits in Mumbai

  1. Program: IKEA Navi Mumbai would like to better understand how people in Navi Mumbai live. We are conducting home visits in Navi Mumbai and will offer a gift voucher as a token of appreciation to all who participate.      
  2. Home Visit Application Period: 9th April – 22nd April
  3. Eligible Participants: The Program is open to residents of Navi Mumbai who: ·  are interested in discussing their life at home with an IKEA representative · are available for a home visit during the period 2nd May – 10th May 
  4. From the applications received, selected participants will be invited for a home visit. An IKEA team (2–3 representatives) will visit the participant’s home at an agreed time during the Home Visit Period (10 am – 5pm) to understand how residents live. 
  5. While submitting a nomination, participants are encouraged to obtain consent from all household members prior to applying for the Program.   
  6. Home Visit: IKEA representatives will interact with the selected participants (and other household members) to understand how the home is used. Photographs and notes may be taken for research purposes.      
  7. Application Process: To apply, eligible participants must:(a) scan the QR code shared in the email/message or follow the link to access the nomination form(b) complete and submit all required details in the form.
  8. Selection: IKEA will determine, at its sole discretion, which applications are selected for a home visit and will contact selected participants during the Program Period. IKEA reserves the right to disqualify any application that is incomplete or not in accordance with these terms. 
  9. If IKEA is unable to contact a selected participant, or if the home is unavailable during the Home Visit Period, the visit will not proceed. In such cases, IKEA may select another participant, and any associated benefits will be forfeited. 
  10. The T&C for gift cards would be applicable as per regular process
  11. Eligible participants will be required to provide certain personal information to apply. This information will be used solely for coordinating the home visit and will not be used for any other purpose. 
  12. Participants will be required to sign a consent form for the home visit, including permission to answer questions and allow photography within their home. 
  13. IKEA reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the home visit either temporarily or permanently or any part there of, with or without notice.
  14. The gift voucher provided during the home visits cannot be exchanged against cash
