We now bring IKEA to your doorstep with a full range of articles in various cities in India – Hyderabad; Mumbai; Pune; Ahmedabad; Surat; Vadodara; Bangalore.
- Orders placed before 9 pm will be processed on the same day
- Delivery timelines in the following cities we presently deliver is 3-7 days from the day order is placed.
- Raise your request for your returns and exchange to our Customer Support Center through email, phone or chat with the reason and the pictures of the articles.
- The Returns and Exchange Policy applies.
- Please refer to the Returns and Exchange Policy with the COVID exceptions here
- Proof of Delivery is now digital hence POD’s with OTP provided by customers - will be considered the final acceptance of the articles without any damages
- In case the articles received are not as expected/ordered/damaged provide the feedback to the delivery partner to make a comment on the POD before providing the OTP
- The article to be returned or exchanged will be picked up from the customers' doorstep at a slot chosen as per the convenience of the customer within 7 days from the date the returns/exchange case is raised and accepted by the CSC
- The refund will be processed by the CSC within 15 days from the day the articles are picked up by our transport service providers
- The charges for the delivery or the returns/exchange of the articles have to be agreed and paid at the time of the checkout.
