What is an Express return:
IKEA India Private Limited (“we/our/us/IKEA”) is a private limited company incorporated in India with a vision to create a better everyday life for the many people. To accomplish this vision, we at IKEA reach out to the many people through multiple channels to demonstrate and showcase our products and range and their effective utilization in the homes of the many people. To facilitate that vision, IKEA provides a self-service solution of Express return. (“Express return”).

How can you exercise the Express return service?

  1. Customer can fill the form online with article details and reason for return.
  2. System automatically sends them a barcode. 
  3. Once customer reaches store coworker scans the barcode , checks the article and accepts the returns. 

 

Conditions for Express return:  ·     

  1. Express returns may be used for change of mind refunds.
  2. If your item is damaged or faulty, please visit the returns desk in store.     
  3. We cannot perform exchanges using the Express Returns service, to make an exchange, please visit the returns desk in store.  
  4. The barcode sent to you is valid for 14 days.
  5. After this time your barcode will become invalid and not be accepted in store.     
  6. To make your return after this time you can re-submit a new request or visit the returns desk in store. 
  7. Only one receipt/invoice or order number can be used per Express Return.
  8.  If you are returning items from more than one receipt or order, then please submit multiple forms.
  9. Express returns is only applicable for all orders purchased instore.
  10. If you need support with online orders , Ordered through app and webpage fill this form Online Orders, or please reach out to customer relations.

 

Disclaimer:   

  1. The terms and conditions set out are strictly for the Delivery Service. 
  2. IKEA reserves the right to withdraw the Service and shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to cancel/amend/ change/ modify these terms and conditions without notice and such change shall be effective immediately.  
  3.  Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, India.

 

Our liability

IKEA shall be relieved of any liability/obligations/responsibilities arising out of or in connection with this Express return except as accepted in the conditions mentioned herein and that no claim relating to any losses, injuries, damages, rights, claims, actions (including financial, mental, physical, emotional, special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against IKEA, its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents from any and all losses, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.
