How to reserve a product.

• Login to IKEA Website and visit the AS-IS Online section.
• Choose your selected store from the drop-down menu located on the right.
• Select the product and see the condition of the product by reviewing the ‘Reason for discount’ below the product name.
• Click the Reserve button, The product will be reserved for you in the selected store for 24 hours.
• Go to the selected store during business hours and make your way to As-is which is located near the checkouts.
• Provide your reservation details to the As-is team and assess the condition of the product before collecting.
• Pay at the checkout and enjoy giving your product a new home. If you change your mind, no problem.
•  You have 365 days to return the purchased item, and we'll refund you on a refund card.
