Click & Collect

How it works

• Ensure you arrive within the chosen slot to collect your products to make the most of our service.
• Follow the signage for Click and Collect. 
• Bring your order confirmation and an identity proof.
• Please share the email conformation with details of representative to customer care email id for smooth handover
• The articles will be handed over to you by one of our friendly co-worker.
• Check if all items are correct according to your order and confirm receiving your items.
•  You can leave and enjoy your new purchase!
• If one or more of your ordered items become unavailable, we will notify you by call before your selected pick-up timeframe.
• Order will be auto cancelled if not collected within 1 day of the collection date. The paid amount will be refunded into the original mode of payment.
• In case you wish to change the time slot for collection or cancel the delivery, please write to us at least two hours before your allocated slot time on: [email protected] or reach out to our Customer Care Centre on 1800 419 4532 from 8 am to 10 pm.
