Payment Returns and Product Issues

There seems to be a mistake on my receipt from the store. What should I do?

Please return to the store with your receipt and we can investigate this for you. If you are unable to return to the store please contact us.

Can I return goods I have opened or assembled?

Items can be returned to the store with your original receipt, but should be disassembled. Depending on the condition of the items, the value and method of refund would be at the discretion of the store.

Can a different account be credited with a refund?

A refund has to be made to the original card used for payment. In the event that you are unable to access this account we may refund to a gift card. 

Do you provide extra or replacement fittings?

I’m missing part of a product I’ve just purchased.

Please take your receipt and copy of the assembly guide showing the piece that is missing to the store and we will replace this for you.

What payment options do you have?

You can pay through Visa, Mastercard, DinersClub, RuPay, UPI, IKEA Gift Cards and Cash in our store. We also offer RTGS/ NEFT only for our Business Customers.

Important information about payments:
• KYC required for Gift Card purchases in Cash and for Refund cards issued against payments made in cash
• For Cash purchases above INR 20,000 (Customer information required)
• For purchases above INR 200,000 (Customer information and **PAN Card copy required; applicable in Restaurant/Bistro for Purchase INR 50,000 & above)
• Max Amount loaded on each Gift Card is INR 50,000

**PROVISION OF SECTION 269ST
- No person shall receive an amount of two lakh rupees or more—
(a) in aggregate from a person in a day; or
(b) in respect of a single transaction; or
(c) in respect of transactions relating to one event or occasion from a person, otherwise than by an account payee cheque or an account payee bank draft or use of electronic clearing system through a bank account.
