At IKEA, we think everyone deserves a well-designed, functional home – and that paying for it shouldn’t be difficult. That’s why we have multiple payment options for in-store and online shopping.

How to pay at IKEA
Whether you’re buying a new kitchen or just an IKEA hot dog, there are plenty of payment options. Which one is the best for you depends on where you’re shopping – and what you’re buying.

Paying at an IKEA store

We accept all major credit cards/debit cards, UPI payments through various apps/wallets (like Google Pay/PhonePe/Paytm), IKEA gift card and refund card. We also accept cash for instant payments in our stores

Paying at IKEA.com and the IKEA app

Our online payment options are simple and secure. We accept all major credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, RuPay, Maestro, Diners and American Express). You can also opt for payments via UPI apps, mobile wallets, internet banking and card-based EMI.

Paying at Remote order service

For orders placed through Customer support centre through a secure mode.

IVR – We accept all domestic cards issued in India, if you have an internationally-issued card, please connect with our support team for eligibility.

NEFT/ RTGS – Bank transfer details

Link to pay - You can pay through Visa, Mastercard, DinersClub, RuPay, UPI, IKEA Gift Cards, and Cash in our store. We also offer RTGS/ NEFT only for our Business Customers.

Please note Gift cards and Refund cards aren’t applicable for purchases made with Customer service team.

In addition to the above credit cards, all bank debit cards are accepted for online and in-store payments.
Cash:
We accept cash payments at all our IKEA stores
IKEA Gift card and Refund card:
You can use an IKEA Gift card or an IKEA Refund card value in full or as partial payment towards something you really love. Just scan or enter the card details by selecting ‘pay with gift card’ when prompted at checkout. Payment with Gift card or refund card is only applicable at stores
Mobile payment:
Support both online and in-store payments
All UPI apps and mobile wallets are accepted
Card EMI:
Payment with card EMIs is supported for online payments.
Internet banking:
Payment with online baking is supported for online payments. Currently, it is not possible to pay with Internet banking at IKEA stores.

Consumer Loan

Now you can avail consumer loan with HDFC using no cost and low-cost EMI options.

Frequently Asked Questions

On the website, you can make payments using debit/credit cards, UPI, Wallets, Net banking, and card-based EMI.

Yes, we have the option to pay via EMI while shopping online using below 2 options
a) Via the website, from your bank by selecting Credit Card. You need to select Card Based EMI using Credit cards. You can choose the relevant EMI tenure and bank from the payments page. Please note that interest rates are subject to the bank.

b) Via Paynimo payment link shared by the co-worker for orders placed remotely. You need to select Card-Based EMI using Credit cards. You can choose the relevant EMI tenure and bank from the payments page. Please note that interest rates are subject to the bank.
