Can I exchange or return IKEA items?

At IKEA, it’s OK to change your mind! You can check out our generous 365-day return policy.

Not satisfied with your product? You can exchange/return your IKEA products within 365 days of purchase!
For return/exchange in store, please bring your products and receipt to your nearest IKEA store - please click here to avail store Express Return.
For return/exchange online for damaged articles, you can raise the claim and our team shall contact you in 48-72 hrs.

For products that have arrived damaged due to delivery, please raise a request for exchange or return with the link below. We generally don't ask for photographs, but in case we need more information, we will ask for them. Our team will reach out to you for more support if necessary. If the delivery damaged claim is post 7 days please reach out to Customer care.

For tracking the complaint raised for exchange request you to kindly log in to your IKEA profile and find the status of the case raised for exchange.
