Can I make an order over call with IKEA's customer care?

You can provide the article number which you're interested to purchase. After confirming the stock availability of the articles and serviceability for delivery by checking with the pincodes, we will provide you a link for payment through message or email. Meanwhile, we are already ready with your shopping list.
As and when we recieve your payment, you'll recieve a confirmation of the order.

Moreover, you can opt for Click and Collect or Click and Delivery!
