When will my recipient receive their Gift Card?

To ensure every transaction safe, gift card purchases undergo credit approval and fraud verification. This process may take up to 24 hours from purchase, unless a future delivery date is selected.

All gift card purchases are subject to credit approval and fraud verification to ensure a secure transaction. While most orders are processed quickly, this review may take up to 24 hours from the time of purchase—unless you’ve selected a future delivery date.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully sent. In most cases, gift cards are delivered via email on your chosen date, though rare processing delays may occur. Typically, orders placed for immediate delivery are dispatched the same day and arrive within 24 hours. For scheduled deliveries, gift cards are sent on the morning of the selected date.
