I lost my receipt, is there a way to locate a copy?

If you've placed an order with us, you can find the invoice in your email inbox. It’s also available in your account if you provided your membership number, or you can contact us directly to get a copy.

If you are an IKEA Family member and have registered your email address, the invoice will be sent to your email.

If you didn't receive the email but provided your IKEA Family or IKEA Business membership number at the time of purchase, you can view your past purchases by logging into your account and retrieve your invoice.

If you still can't find your invoice, please contact us.
