My account has been debited twice (multiple payments). How will it be refunded?

Sometimes, due to technical challenges, you may be charged multiple times.

If your transaction fails but the amount is debited, please share the below details via chat or email:

  1. Invoice copy; and
  2. Screenshots of both transactions.

It takes 24-48 hours to verify the double debit. Once confirmed, we will request you for a cancelled cheque matching the invoice name to refund the amount.
