My order is incomplete, what do I do?

Missing item in the order? We apologize for the inconvenience!

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Please go over your list of purchased items and open the boxes, as several items might come in one box. If you still notice that you just received any article missing from us and something was damaged, please let us know by following the below process:

  1. For IKEA FAMILY member – Click on Purchase History, follow the steps & select “Raise a Claim” option from the actions list on the right side.

  2. For Non-IKEA Family Customers – Click on Purchase Lookup, follow the steps & “Raise a claim”.
