What happens if I do not pick up my Click & Collect order within the designated timeframe?
You order will be auto cancelled and your amount will be refunded.
It is important that your Click and Collect purchase is picked up no later than 24 hours after your selected pick-up date. If you do not pick up your order within this time, your order will be auto cancelled and the paid amount will be refunded into the original mode of payment.
In case you wish to change the time slot for collection or cancel the delivery, please contact us and our friendly co-workers will assist you.
