How do I raise a return/exchange request?

You can request a return or exchange within 365 days of your purchase—either through our website or by reaching out to our customer support team.

Every IKEA article will be eligible for return/exchange except customised worktops, IKEA food articles and live plants.
You can now return/exchange products directly from your purchase history.

If the delivery damage claim is made after 7 days, please contact us.
