How will I receive a refund once the articles are returned to IKEA and how long does it typically take?
Once your return is picked up, it usually takes 48–72 hours to reach the store. After received at store, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method based on the purchase date.
If your original purchase was made within the last 6 months, the refund will be credited to the original mode of payment.
For purchases older than 6 months, a personalized cancelled cheque is required to process the refund to your bank account.
For Online purchases, it may take 7–14 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For In-store purchases, please allow 7–21 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
