What should I do if I can't log into my IKEA Family account?

If you have forgotten your password, you can login with a one-time code or reset your password.

Have you forgotten your password? No problem!
By loging into your IKEA Family, click on 'Forgot your password?', and provide registered
email address or verified mobile number to receive a link or code to change password. 

If you have given registered email address, you will receive an email with a link to "change password" please click and follow the instructions. If you have not received these instructions, double-check that the email address is correct and that it's not located in your junk folder.

If you have given verified mobile number, you will receive a code via text message. Please enter the code and follow the instructions

You can now login with an OTP we will send on your email address or verified mobile number.
