Can someone else collect my Click & Collect order?

You can have someone else collect your Click & Collect order by either designating them during checkout or forwarding the order confirmation to them, along with a clear statement of authorization.

You can designate someone else to pick up your order by adding their name during checkout, after you have chosen the Click & Collect option. If you forgot to do this or had a change of plans, please send an email to [email protected] and forward your order confirmation email to the designated person. Ensure the name matches their government-issued ID, which they will need to show when picking up your items. 

Thid Party Delivery: If a third-party delivery service is picking up the order, an authorization letter must be signed. Authorization letter, containing all necessary details and terms and conditions, will be provided by the store or customer support team. 

Important: An authorization letter is mandatory to hand over your order to a third-party delivery service. Authorization letter format will be provided by our store team or customer support team. For further support, please feel free to contact us.
