IKEA Family members can view exchange or refund updates via 'My Orders'.
As an IKEA Family Member, you can track or check the status of your case when you have requested for an exchange or refund of your order.
You can easily track the status of your case through the 'My Orders' section of your IKEA account. Simply select the relevant order and click on ‘View Case Details' to see real-time updates, next steps, and any actions needed from your side.
Not an IKEA Family member? Do not worry, you can reach out to our Customer Support to know the status of your requests. Also, you can sign up for a free IKEA Family Membership. It allows you to manage your orders, view invoices, return items, and much more.
