Yes! As an IKEA Family member, you enjoy an extra guarantee against accidental damage when transporting or assembling your products. And the best part? It applies to all your purchases.
Here’s how it works:
1. Make sure that the purchase is made through your IKEA profile.
2. If accidental damage happens during delivery or assembly, you can raise a claim within 14 days of your purchase. IKEA will help you with exchange or refund process.
3. If you prefer to bring the damaged product to the nearest IKEA store, please fill out the Express return form and visit the store, for further details please contact us.
