Change of Mind – Article Exchange/Return Request
You can purchase products from us in store or online and we will accept exchange/return them back for a full refund in the original method of payment upto 365 days after the purchase.
Change of Mind – Under what conditions the exchange/return is accepted?
Within 365 days of purchase, you can exchange/return the product if it does not meet your expectations – if it is used within a certain extent and is returned in a saleable condition. In case of return, the amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment or a Refund Card if you opt for it.
After 365 days of purchase, the return will be accepted only if the product is unused and in the original package, and the amount will be refunded in a Refund Card.
What IKEA can do for you?
A friendly and helpful co-worker to support you with the exchange/refund, whether you speak to one of our team at the customer support center or in-store.
We may refuse the exchange/return if the returns criteria are not fully met. If proof of purchase is unavailable, we will refuse the exchange/return of the product even though it is within the policy period.
Refund for store purchases
Our customers living in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Mumbai are welcomed to our exchange/returns department at the stores where they can exchange/return the products.

For this service there are charges applicable, see our delivery/pickup prices or ask one of our coworkers in our Customer Support Center. Note: the delivery prices are the same as the pickup prices.

IKEA India reserves the rights to reject/refuse the exchange/returns in case:
- the products received are not in the same condition as shown in the pictures shared with the Customer Support Center at the time of raising the request for exchange/returns.
