What is the minimum ceiling height I need to build a PAX wardrobe?
Our PAX wardrobe frames are available in two heights: 201 cm and 236 cm.
Always check your ceiling height before purchasing a PAX wardrobe frame to ensure you have enough clearance when assembling your wardrobe.
Minimum ceiling height for 201 cm PAX wardrobe
A 201 cm PAX wardrobe requires a minimum ceiling height of 211 cm to build on the floor and stand upright in position.
Minimum ceiling height for 236 cm PAX wardrobe
A 236 cm PAX wardrobe requires a minimum ceiling height of 245 cm to build on the floor and stand upright in position.
Note: How you plan to build the PAX and whether you want to attach sliding doors to the frame, will impact how much ceiling height you need to complete the assembly.

For hinged/no doors, the ceiling height needs to be at least 1cm higher. For sliding doors, it is at least 4cm higher. You need more space for external lighting, depending on its height.
