Can I return a product with or without proof of purchase such as invoice/receipt?

Got your receipt? Great! If not, our Support team can help—just share a few purchase details.

You need to provide proof of purchase i.e, invoice to ensure smooth returns process. 

If you are registered as an IKEA Family member during the purchase, you will find your complete purchase history when you log in to your IKEA family profile.

Sometimes it's hard to keep track of your receipts.  However if you don't have a copy of invoice/receipt, our Customer Support team will help you retrive the receipt.

Details required to retreive the receipt are mentioned below: 

1. Date & time of purchase along with the amount.

2. Mode of payment, if credit/debit card is used please provide last 4 digits of the card. 

3. Bank transaction ID

Please note – in an event where the invoice/receipt is not found in your purchase history, it is not possible to accept a return/exchange.
