I have received a damaged product in my delivery. What should I do?
If you just received your delivery from us and something was damaged, please let us know under 'Manage my Order' via your IKEA account, alternatively you can bring the item to one of our stores.

Click on Damaged article claim, follow the steps and "Raise a Claim”. If you have already raised a complaint, you can track its status through your Family account.
Non-IKEA Family Customers
Click on Damaged article claim, follow the steps & “Raise a claim”.
