I have received a damaged product in my delivery. What should I do?
If you just received your delivery from us and something was damaged, please let us know under 'Manage my Order' via your IKEA account, alternatively you can bring the item to one of our stores.

If you just received your delivery from us and something was damaged, please let us know by following the below processes:
IKEA FAMILY Member
Click on Purchase History, follow the steps & select “Raise a Claim” option from the actions list on the right side. If you have already raised a complaint, you can track its status through your Family account.
Non-IKEA Family Customers
Click on Purchase Lookup, follow the steps & “Raise a claim”.
