After use, my product stopped working. Is there a warranty?
Every IKEA product is thoroughly tested before sale. However, if something goes wrong or you notice a quality issue over time, you can avail warranty as mentioned on the product.
We are confident in the quality of our products and many items are covered by warranties. You can always find every product's warranty information on the product page (below the product image) or please click here for more information on products covered by warranties. The warranty starts from the date of purchase.
We're here to help! If your product is damaged and still under warranty, please submit a claim here. Our team will respond to you within 24–48 hours to sort things out smoothly.
