Are there any limitations for parcel delivery?

There is a minimum order value for parcel deliveries. Some products also require a certain number of items to be delivered, and some fragile products will not be available for parcel delivery.

At IKEA, we're committed to offering great value in a responsible way. To ensure our delivery service remains affordable and accessible for the many people, we're introducing a minimum order value for parcel deliveries which is INR 69.

Some products will be available for parcel delivery in pre-set quantities, and certain fragile items will only be available through Click & Collect at a store, to ensure safe handling and a better experience. For smaller orders below the minimum value, Click & Collect at a store remains available for free, our most affordable option to shop online and pick up at your convenience. 

When purchasing online you will able to see the only Click & Collect at a store option if the order value is less then INR 69.
