Disappointment MichelleBought this 2 yrs ago, thought at the time it was the right choice. It's gone that both of us wake with back pain. The description is that you don't roll or know when the other person moves, but I roll toward middle when he gets into bed . Very disappointed in it 😓3

Great sleep MonicaThis was recommended to me and it's is the best mattress we've had, the price is unbelievable, the last mattress we had was orthopaedic and the price was over a thousand euros. I would recommend the valevag as the best buy. 5

Very uncomfortable AimeeI bought this to replace the Hovag form mattress which was extremely comfortable but unfortunately discontinued. We have it for 3 months now and I am waking up in discomfort every night. I like a firm mattress but this has no give at all (imagine sleeping on your side on a blanket on the ground). Terrible, uneven, uncomfortable, lob-sidedElmazIt feels uneven when you sleep on it.
The firm-to-soft parts are too sudden. I got some pain in my ribs which eventually went away. The chest felt hyperextended which went away after sitting on the bed a while, but its still on the other unused side. Sitting at the edge of the bed feels lob-sided.
Its uncomfortable. I wish I traded it in when I had the chance. Unfortunately I was convinced otherwise that it gets better. It did slightly, on my usual side.
I rang in & considered trading in the mattress for the equivalent of my old, great mattress (Hovag), I was told it was the same as the one I had — and it's not — It's COMPLETELY different. I have the Hovag mattress still here, and its not the same. I told the guy on the phone the same thing. He told me it was what it said on the paper he had. They just didnt want to take it back. I was convinced to keep the mattress. Im unable to replace it now.
It's terrible! DON'T BUY IT.

Disappointing PurchaseClodaghHave been using this mattress for 6 months now, however in the past two months or so the mattress has already begun to lose its firmness and support significantly.
This deterioration has led to several sleepless nights due to discomfort and persistent back pain. As a loyal customer of Ikea, I had expected a higher level of quality and durability from your products. Unfortunately, the mattress has left me feeling quite disappointed.
I would appreciate if your customer service team could reach out and help to find a resolution that restores the comfort and quality of my sleep.

Worse mattress everLukaszI recently purchased three Hovag mattresses from Ikea, as it was time for a mattress replacement. Unfortunately, this has proven to be a regrettable decision. As I write this review in the middle of the night, unable to sleep on it, my dissatisfaction is evident. The mattress feels as if it has been previously used, particularly noticeable in the foot section, which sinks lower as though worn by prior use. I find myself having to shift my feet to the mattress edges to find a level surface. Regrettably, I am considering this purchase a loss, as I wish I could get a refund. I'm unsure why I'm even rating it two stars; perhaps it's just my generous nature. I strongly advise against purchasing this mattress.2
