Returns

Our belief is that everyone should be able to try our products at home – and to change their mind about them. That's why our IKEA 365-day return policy allows you to return any IKEA product to us – opened or unopened – within 365 days of purchase.​

Our IKEA claims process can help you making a claim within a product's guarantee period. Many of our products also come with a guarantee, from 3 to 25 years, terms and conditions apply. 

 

Right of withdrawal

For online and phone orders, you are always entitled to change your mind and withdraw from (cancel) your contract with us up to 14 days after the last item in your order has been delivered.​ You can choose to cancel the whole order, or just select items. This right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products, food products, or appliances that have already been installed. Please also look after the items you want to return, as we can't accept products that are dirty, stained or damaged either. We will give you a refund, plus your basic delivery charge for the items cancelled. If you would like us to collect part of, or the whole order, you may be eligible for a collection charge. Where possible, this will be deducted from the refund due to you. The collection charge fee will depend on the location. 

To return the cancelled items, you can select the option that suits you best during the withdrawal process.
