Can I return a product to a Collection Point?

If you have placed your order to a Collection Point, you can return items at the same place.

See IKEA Returns policy  to check if your items are eligible for returns.   

You can return items to IKEA Ballymun store, IKEA Carrickmines store or the IKEA Waterford Store. The following stores do not accept returns at this time: Drogheda, Cork, Carlow, Stephen's Green, Sligo and Naas. You can find your nearest Collection Point here. You can reach out to IKEA customer service during opening hours to arrange the return. If you are chatting with us, you can get connected to a human co-worker by writing "I want to talk to a human" in the chat. Alternatively, you can call: 016966246.
